If you are looking to create lasting change and can recognize your potential to live a more fulfilling and less frustrating life, I am ready to work with you!
I work with couples and families to help improve communication, manage conflict, heal wounds, and grow and improve relationships.
My solution-focused counseling style aims to be approachable, open-minded, and nonjudgmental.
I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives and that it is my job to help them gain insight and develop their tool box so they are best prepared to handle whatever life throws them.
In addition to loving the work I do, I appreciate the value of work-life balance. I love to experience new cultures and have explored 25 countries to date. I also dedicate a significant portion of my time to volunteering in the community with The Junior League of Austin.
Following graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. I worked as a counselor at a local non-profit organization before joining the Relationship Counseling Center of Austin team.
If you have questions, or think I might be a good fit for your couples or family counseling needs, please call me today at 512-270-4883, ext. 107. You can also complete the form on the RCC Austin Scheduling Page, request me as the counselor you would like to see, and I will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
