Compensation
Starting hourly rate between $40 - $50 per client hour as a W-2 employee
Year-end bonus
Monthly accrued stipend for professional trainings

Robust marketing program that will fill your calendar with client appointments. You can have a full caseload at RCC Austin!
Full-time scheduling coordinator and administrative support during regular business hours Monday through Friday
Furnished professional office suite and five private offices for your client appointments
Clinical library with books, workbooks, handouts and worksheets, video and audio tapes, and therapeutic card decks and games
Full sand tray set up with a large selection of miniatures
Subscription to SimplePractice for management of appointments, notes, and billing
Private direct phone number with an extension to main office number
Weekly support and mentoring from clinical management team
Private, one-on-one and group case consultations
Opportunities may be available to continue as a senior staff clinician with RCC Austin after internship
What we’re looking for....
LPC Associates, LMFT Associates, and LMSWs who love working with couples, as well as individuals
Clinical interns who have their own clinical supervision and professional liability insurance
A flexible schedule with the ability to schedule a minimum of 13-15 appointments a week, with a minimum of 12 clients seen each week
Opportunity to see as many as 25 clients each week is available
Preferred candidates will have knowledge of or have training in a couples counseling methodology such as Gottman, EFT, PACT, Imago, etc.
Clinical trainings in EMDR, Prepare/Enrich, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, DBT, or others are an asset, but not required
Life experiences that make you especially well-suited to and passionate about the counseling profession
