Hello! As a trained mental health clinician and certified mental performance consultant, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through a compassionate, holistic, and collaborative approach. My passions lie in topics such as improving communication, sport performance optimization, life transitions, processing trauma, and mindfulness/meditation. I am queer and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
My practice is grounded in the belief that every individual and relationship is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific goals and needs.
In my work with individuals, my approach is to provide a safe and empowering space where you can explore different tools in helping to get in tune with yourself and personal goals—all while navigating this complex world. In my work with couples, I help guide in exploring relationship dynamics, communication and figuring out what works and what doesn’t in your unique relationship recipe.
I pull from an umbrella of modalities with specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma, positive psychology, mindfulness and the Gottman Level 1 method.
I understand therapy may seem intimidating, and I am hoping we can work together to find a collaborative approach that honors your autonomy and fosters a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship. With a deep respect for your experiences, I work to empower you to achieve your goals, recognize skills you already possess while holding you accountable, and provide encouragement along your journey.
