“We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship.” — Harville Hendrix
My Approach To Therapy
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and relational. I view people through a systemic lens, believing that our relationships and lived experiences shape the way we understand ourselves and connect with others.
I am a hopeful therapist, meaning that I truly believe every couple, individual, and family can grow, reconnect, and move toward healing when that is what they are seeking. My role as your therapist is to help you with relationship challenges, navigate life transitions, assist parents with early parenthood adjustments, and help you with emotions of anxiety, grief, and emotional overwhelm.
My Specialties
I am especially passionate about supporting couples as they work toward deeper connection, understanding, and resilience. My role is to help couples soften into one another, move away from cycles of blame or defensiveness, and create space for greater understanding, communication, and emotional safety.
Supporting parents during the transition into parenthood is a passion of mine. Early parenthood can be deeply meaningful, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally demanding. I believe relationships deserve care and attention during these seasons, and I guide couples to move away from survival mode and back toward feeling like a team.
As a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking therapist, I am also deeply passionate about supporting and serving the Latino community and creating a space where individuals, couples, and families feel seen, understood, and supported through life’s challenges and transitions.
Getting Started
I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable and unfamiliar. My hope is to offer a space where clients feel safe to show up fully as themselves — with honesty, compassion, curiosity, and hope.
