“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” - Viktor Frankl
I believe therapy can be a powerful turning point, a space where you are not just heard but truly understood. Whether you are feeling disconnected from your partner, overwhelmed by change, or worn down by daily stress, I am here to support you in reconnecting with yourself and the life you want to lead. Healing does not have to happen alone.
I am especially passionate about working with couples. In my experience, what happens at home affects everything else: our sense of security, our self-esteem, and how we show up in the world. When connection fades, it can feel confusing and painful. I have worked with couples stuck in recurring arguments or feeling more like roommates than partners, and I have witnessed what is possible when both people feel heard and invested. Therapy offers a supportive space to reset, repair, and begin again.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the corporate world. I understand the toll of high-pressure environments, including long hours, mental fatigue, and the impact stress can have on relationships. I bring a grounded perspective shaped by both clinical training and real-life experience.
My sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs. Some days we may explore deeper emotional patterns; other days we will focus on immediate stressors and practical steps forward. My clinical approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, evidence-based techniques grounded in more than 35 years of research, which helps ensure our work is focused and intentional rather than trial and error.
Originally from Ohio, my Midwestern roots bring a down-to-earth presence to the therapy room. Outside of work, I recharge by moving my body, spending time outdoors, and spending time with the people I love.
Areas of Interest: Couples therapy, communication issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-worth, conflict resolution, burnout, perfectionism, and career-related stress.
