Hello! I'm a person-centered therapist who takes a whole-person view when working with clients, and I will offer you a safe and nonjudgmental space to talk about your struggles. I work with couples and individuals to structure their healing journeys. I draw from many different approaches in my work, including the Gottman method of couples counseling, person-centered counseling, and systems-focused counseling.

In my work with couples, I guide you and your partner through processing your relationship, recognizing patterns, and figuring out what works and what doesn't. I create a space for you to repair the rupture and struggle that can naturally come from a relationship. In my individual work, I guide my clients in exploring feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress in a complex world. I accept you as you are and help you find the inner strength to accept yourself, then work with you to change what isn't working in your life. I will work collaboratively with couples and individuals, taking your input seriously and giving you a role in deciding on a treatment plan. I adapt my approach to what you specifically need, and then I help you build your toolbox of healthy responses to whatever you may be struggling with.

I recognize the role of culture, gender identity, sexuality, and every other form of personal identity in each person's life. I acknowledge my own personal privilege and allow each client to, safely and freely, share as much of their identity as they are comfortable with, then explore with them how that identity colors their experience with the world around them. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, sex positive, and always prioritize making every person feel acknowledged and validated.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, exploring the city, spending time with my cat and my loved ones, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
